Conditions of the voucher:
Voucher can only be issued to tandem guests who have jumped with us (not for new customers)
Jump date and order of the voucher is not more than 7 days ago
Voucher is personal, non-transferable
Voucher is valid for 3 years (from year of purchase)
Voucher is only valid for one jump from 4,000 m
What should I consider when booking?
Order directly on the day of the jump in the manifest (payment on site in cash, with EC or credit card) or
Order by email to info@gojump.de, 24/7 (payment against invoice) or
Order by phone 030-245 34 030, Monday to Friday 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (payment against invoice).
For the booking we need the full name of the paying person, the full name of the jumper, jump date, billing address, email and mobile number.
After a successful booking, the voucher will be sent via email (PDF file). Upon receipt of payment, the voucher will be automatically activated.
