Section 1 Area of validity

All services provided by GoJump GmbH will be provided in accordance with the version of the following terms and conditions (Ts & Cs) that is applicable when the contract is signed. Any conditions that are different or contrary to these terms will not be accepted unless they have been expressly agreed by us in writing.

Section 2 Conclusion of contract

The online presentation of our services is not a binding offer. When a customer places an order with us, they make a binding offer. We reserve the right to freely decide whether to accept an offer.

The customer will be promptly informed by email that their offer has been received. If any details listed online are incorrect, we will make the customer a new offer, which they are free to accept or decline.

If we do not accept a customer's offer, we will inform them of this. The acceptance declaration can be replaced by the delivery and / or provision of services.

Section 3 Prices

The prices given in our catalogue or on our website apply to orders placed online or purchases made on location in Gransee. All prices given include VAT but exclude delivery costs. If vouchers are sent by post, shipping costs will apply.

These charges do not apply if the vouchers are self-print vouchers or are collected directly at the dropzone in Gransee.

If GoJump GmbH has made any errors concerning product details or prices, we reserve the right to correct these. In such cases, we will inform the customer of the error and/or about the new information. The customer can then either reconfirm the order or withdraw from the contract.

Section 4 Delivery

If legally permissible, i.e. if a purchase is made without the participation of the consumer in the sense of Section 13 BGB, the risk of destruction, loss or deterioration or the products, as well as the price risk resulting from the delivery of the goods by the relevant forwarding agents, shall be passed on to the customer. The same applies for the risk of delayed delivery.

Delivery times:

Vouchers and information materials are normally sent within 1-2 working days. All other articles are subject to availability. GoJump GmbH is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties (manufacturers or transport service providers).

Delivery of Video Products:

We advise our customers that due to data privacy legislation all our video products are delivered cut/dubbed and that to original recordings music is added. The customer is not entitled to receive any uncut/-dubbed video material.

Section 5 Property rights

In the case of contracts with a consumer in the sense of Section 13 BGB, we retain the property rights to the dispatched goods until the goods have been paid for in full. In the case of contracts with companies, we retain the property rights to the dispatched goods until all payments from the business relationship with the company have been received.

Section 6 Right of cancellation and return

Notwithstanding the following exceptions, the customer is entitled to revoke his declaration of intent

to conclude the contract within 14 days of receipt of payment. The revocation can be made by means of a written declaration on a permanent data carrier or by returning the goods.

If this is sent in time, the deadline will be considered to have been met. If software and video and / or photo data carriers have been unsealed or taken out of their original packaging or an attempt to download a digital product has been recorded, they can no longer be returned. Goods that have been produced, configured or ordered individually for the customer, cannot be returned either.

If the customer only wants to exchange or return part of the goods, they must send only the goods to be exchanged/replaced to GoJump GmbH specifying the invoice and customer number.

It should be clearly indicated on the return note if an alternative or replacement item is being requested, and if so which. You will receive a new invoice or credit for alternative or replacement items.

The customer must pay the costs for the return of the goods, unless the delivered goods do not correspond to the ones ordered. If the goods have deteriorated or become damaged or there is another reason why they cannot be returned, and the customer is at fault, the customer must compensate us for the loss of value incurred. This can be deducted from the amount repaid.

Section 7 Availability

If GoJump GmbH finds out after the contract has been concluded that the goods or services ordered are no longer available or cannot be delivered for legal reasons, Go Jump GmbH can withdraw from the contract. We will immediately reimburse payments already received following a withdrawal from the contract.

Section 8 Warranty / Complaints

Despite careful checks, incorrect or defective products may still be sent. In such cases, the customer is obliged to submit a complaint regarding apparent defects in the goods within two weeks of receipt. If this is not done, warranty claims for apparent defects are excluded.

In order to quickly process a complaint, we require the following documents: A copy of the invoice and a detailed written description of the error. The customer should also tell us if they would like a refund of the purchase price or replacement goods.

Any jump altitudes given as a product description for any skydive service are approximations. Effective altitudes depend on weather, directions of authorities and GoJump personnel safety judgements, specifically of pilot and operations manager. Deviations from the product description of up to 30% do not entitle the customer to price reductions, refunds or damages. In case GoJump GmbH personnel decides to terminate the climb to altitude and does return to the ground all customer tickets remain valid.

We would need your bank details for a reimbursement of the purchase price. If rectification or replacement is not possible, the customer is entitled to a price reduction or cancellation of the contract. We are not liable for damages that have been caused by incorrect use, excessive strain or third-party influence.

Section 9 Transport damages

The customer must check each delivery immediately on receipt to ensure that the delivery is complete and intact. If the package is damaged or has been repaired by the carrier using tape, a complaint regarding the damage must be made to the delivery agent immediately and written confirmation of the complaint obtained. If in doubt, refuse the package. If we are informed of such a process, we will ensure a replacement delivery as quickly as possible.

Section 10 Data protection

We will not, in principle, pass on your personal data to unauthorised third parties outside of GoJump GmbH. With your consent, we will use personal data to make it easier to use our website and adapt our range of products and services in line with customer requirements.

GoJump GmbH guarantees that it will only collect, process, store and use customer data obtained during the order process for processing the order and for internal market research and marketing purposes.

GoJump GmbH will give customer data to associated companies for the purpose of order processing. If customers do not want their data to be used for marketing purposes by GoJump GmbH, the customer is entitled to object to this use at any time by sending an appropriate email to info@GoJump.de.

Please note: The customer should use encryption technology while ordering when offered the opportunity.

Section 11 Groups for use of skydiving services

Every customer who registers more persons than just themselves is also responsible for passing on the terms and conditions to the other participants.

In addition, the applicant assumes joint and several liability for all legitimate claims made by GoJump GmbH, if these are the consequence of a service provided or a reserved service in the case of a withdrawal of the customer or by members of the reported group.

Section 12 Liability

Our liability is limited exclusively to damage caused deliberately and through gross negligence. This exclusion of liability does not apply for damages from injury to life and limb or health caused by a negligent breach of duty on our part or an intentional or negligent breach of duty by one of our legal representatives or vicarious agents.

Section 13 Vouchers

Vouchers can be purchased for tandem jumps, training courses and photos/video recordings and other products. All GoJump vouchers represent a purchasing value, not a specific product, even if for illustrative reason named as if representing a specific product or containing pictures showing a specific product. The vouchers can be used as an offset towards the buying price of any product or service that GoJump GmbH offers, e.g. jumps, courses or parachutes or other items. We will not refund money paid for purchased and paid vouchers under any circumstances.

The voucher’s validity is determined by German law. Currently, vouchers are valid in the year of purchase plus three calendar years. The service is provided in seasonal periods that can be found at www.GoJump.de. An appointment made by telephone or in writing and in good time is required to redeem the vouchers and use the skydiving or training services owed by GoJump GmbH (tandem jumps, AFF courses etc.). The voucher and identification card must be presented physically on-site at Gransee at the time of the appointment otherwise the service must be paid for in full on site.

Section 14 Conditions for the performance of skydiving services

For tandem jumps

  • Body weight of the tandem guest incl clothing max. 110 kg (for body weights over 95 kg, the availability of the jump can be heavily weather dependent)

  • For guests weighing more than 95 kg incl. clothing a surcharge can be levied.

  • Minimum height: 140 cm

  • Minimum weight: 40 kg

  • Minimum age for tandem jumps: 12 years

  • For minors, written permission and copy of identification card from a legal guardian is necessary if the legal guardian is not present

  • Comfortable sports shoes (no boots, no shoe lace hooks)

  • The customer must turn up sober (no alcohol or other drugs)

  • Skydiving activities required normal physical and mental fitness. GoJump GmbH must be consulted in advance in the case of severe physical disability that, for example, prevents the person from lifting their legs for landing

For AFF training courses

  • Doctor's certificate, not older than 1 year, must be presented before the start of the course

  • Body weight: max. 100 kg

  • Minimum height: 140 cm

  • Minimum weight: 40 kg

  • Minimum age: 14 years

  • For minors, written permission from a legal guardian is required

  • The student must turn up sober (no alcohol or other drugs)

Exceptions to the above requirements may be possible after individual consultation.

Section 15 Preparations and procedure on the day

The skydive and the provision of the agreed skydiving services are dependent on the weather and the instructions of the aviation authorities and the instructions and safety assessments of the on-site operations staff whose instructions must always be followed without fail.

Making an appointment is advised and only appointments agreed at least 10 working days in advance are considered a customer-initiated claim of the services owed. Scheduled appointments are targets with regard to the time of the skydive.

There may be delays even if the customer shows up on time as the airdrop process is subject to external influences (weather, instructions from the authorities) and technical risks (flight equipment defects).

If the customer shows up spontaneously with no prior appointment, GoJump GmbH will endeavour to provide the service but cannot guarantee it.

All paradrop activities are executed within legal parameters applicable at the time of dropping. Therefore, all altitudes etc. published product descriptions are to be understood as usually applicable guide values from which deviations of up to 30% may occur without change to pricing. If the weather or instructions from the regulatory authorities mean that the skydiving service cannot be provided at the agreed time, GoJump GmbH will inform the customer of this as soon as possible and agree a new appointment.

If the customer cancels or postpones less than 5 working days before the agreed appointment, a processing fee may be charged.

The appointment may be postponed up to 2 working days before the agreed appointment.

If the customer does not show up at the agreed time (= non-appearance or more than three hours late), the customer is no longer entitled to the service. Customer postponements or cancellations whether communicated by telephone or e-mail need to happen during published GoJump GmbH office hours to be effective. GoJump GmbH will always try to still provide the service and honour the customer's entitlement to the service if the customer is understandably late due to delays in the train service to Gransee, provided that the customer reports the delay by telephone.

Section 16 Credit accounts and skydives by licensed skydivers and students

Credit accounts of licensed skydivers and students are managed as cash balances. Any credit can only be used to pay for skydiving services such as jump tickets or course offerings, not for equipment, food etc..

If there is a price increase for licensed skydiver jumps and/or student jumps or course offerings, this will also be applicable to existing credits.

Credit from licensed skydiver's credit account will not be paid out for any reason. Skydiving credits are personal and non-transferable.

Credit on Skydiving accounts expire in accordance with German law if not used in the year of deposit or the consecutive three calendar years.
